I've also begun writing sponsored posts here from time to time, but only for products that I personally believe in and endorse. Since I only agree to review those products I think I'll like, you'll find that most of these reviews are positive. I will, however, be honest regarding my opinions on reviews I choose to write, whether they are good or bad. Pinky swear.

I offer quite a few giveaways on this site, but if you win, your prize will be sent from the company offering it, not from my home. Consequently, I am not responsible for PR reps who mail your prize 4 months late (which happened once) or never mail it at all (which hasn't happened yet, fingers crossed).

Taken

Well, this is the movie everyone's talking about around here, so I was pretty psyched to get a chance to review it.

Taken is the story of a former spy relies on his special skills and killer instinct as he hunts down the men who kidnapped his daughter. It has been released as a two-disc DVD, featuring an extended cut of the film with Digital Copy for portable media players. Additional bonus features include audio commentaries by the director, writer and cinematographers, an exclusive behind-the-scenes “making of” featurette and action packed side-by-side comparisons.

That's the lowdown. What did I think? I agree with so many reviewers of this film who've said that Liam Neeson's incredible acting ability really took Taken to another level. He is realistic and easily believable both as a former spy trained in fighting and weaponry, and as a father to a teenage girl. The movie is action packed and really will keep you on the edge of your seat. It's the kind of movie that both you and your man can enjoy together.

Taken is out now on DVD.
Check it out!
